How do I know my API keys and passwords are safe?

I take this extremely seriously. Before you enter any API key or sensitive login, I will explicitly ask you to pause the screen share so I cannot see it. I never store your passwords—they stay encrypted on your own machine/server.

If I choose the RM0/month 'Own PC' route, do I need to leave my laptop on?

Yes. Because your personal AI is running directly from your computer, it will go to sleep if your laptop closes or loses WiFi connection. To keep the bot awake 24/7, we must install it on a Cloud VPS (RM 20-45/month).

What if the bot suddenly stops working after a week?

No worries! My packages include 7 to 30 days of direct WhatsApp tech support. You just message me, and I'll jump in to troubleshoot fixed immediately. After the period ends, you can grab an emergency fix ticket if needed.

Why shouldn't I just go to Taobao or Fiverr?

Taobao and Fiverr sellers install identical 'cookie-cutter' templates. They rarely bother setting up proper firewall security (UFW/fail2ban) or tuning the bot's memory (SOUL.md).
